  • The Corporate Directors Certification (CDCP) Program is offered by AUC and the Egyptian institutes of Directors EIoD in Egypt, the program designed to provide participants with tools to tackle the improvement of corporate governance practices, which impact the long-term planning and procedures of the board.

Covering a wide range of corporate governance issues, participants will acquire the tools for strategic supervision and administrative control, learn about the board's role in disclosure and transparency, and understand how to protect shareholder rights and gender diversity as a strategic tool to leverage talent, stimulate innovation and spur business growth on boards. It responds to the growing demand from organizations, so they can build their pipeline of female talent, creating a new generation of women leaders. The program energizes and empowers women on boards and in leadership positions, accelerating competitive advantages. It also helps companies maximize the benefits from a board and senior leadership team that respects a diversity of thought, skills, and experience.
