  • In today’s VUCA world, change and innovation are the main constants, and potential value creation, albeit growing, is challenging and demands effective management. Managers are required to broaden their competencies, have a far more panoramic view on how business works, while simultaneously managing growth and uncertainty.

    The Senior Executive Diploma is designed to provide middle and senior managers with the hard and soft skills needed to navigate through a radical change.

    Participants will transcend looking at business functions as silos and will be able to connect the dots, analyzing the business environment in a holistic way to come to relevant conclusions and make good business decisions.

    Participants will also develop an understanding of digital innovation, where they will learn how to evaluate and lead digital transformation initiatives.

    This program is a relevant qualification that will help managers elevate their profile and acquire the practical skills needed to deliver genuine, bottom-line value for their organizations.

  • Admissions Criteria

    • A Bachelor’s degree

    • A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience

    • Proficiency in written and spoken English. As proof of English proficiency, applicants must attain satisfactory results in one of the following English tests:

      • English Placement Online Test, offered by the AUC, with a minimum level of B2A.  If you would like to register for this test, click here.

      • Academic IELTS with a minimum total score of 5.5

      • TOEFL iBT® with a minimum total score of 72

    • Exemptions from these English examinations are allowed, if any of the following conditions are met:

      • The applicant is an AUC graduate

      • The applicant has earned degrees from an accredited university that is classified in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) as an institution where English is the “sole” language of instruction

      1. Original bachelor’s degree certificate

      2. Work experience letter(s) indicating a minimum of required years of relevant work experience

      3. Evidence of English proficiency as required by the program

      4. National identification card (ID) / passport

      5. Personal passport-size photo

    • All cancellations must be sent in writing to execedregistration@aucegypt.edu. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date of the course

    • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 to 7 days before the start date of the course

    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made 6 days or less before the start date of the course

    • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the initial payment. Refunds to credit cards are processed within 30 days provided that the participant has the actual credit card in addition to the POS receipt or bank statement while requesting a refund

    • The refund of alliance programs are subject to the conditions of the alliance partner
