The Advanced Management Program: Driving Strategic Leadership is built for that shift. Across four integrated modules, you will move from tactical thinking to long-range strategic vision, design organizational structures that match your ambitions and put artificial intelligence and governance to work as competitive tools, not afterthoughts.

The program combines intensive on-campus collaboration with focused live online sessions, designed so that what you learn does not stay in the room.

The program is for senior managers and directors who lead business units, functions or country operations and are ready to make the shift from functional leadership to enterprise-wide strategic responsibility.

Module 1: Leading through Strategic Thinking and Frameworks (18 hours – On Campus)

Most executives think strategically some of the time. This module builds the discipline to do it consistently. You will work through systems thinking, foresight and adaptability as active skills, apply proven frameworks to real business situations and put value-based management to work as a decision-making principle, not just a concept. The strategic leadership triangle gives you a practical tool for aligning direction, execution and people so strategy does not stay on the slide deck.

Module 2: Global Market Dynamics and Governance (6 hours – Live Online)

The shift that blindsides organizations rarely starts inside them. This module builds your ability to read geopolitical and macroeconomic shifts as strategic signals and to see how governance structures either strengthen or expose your position. You will examine the executive role in board relations, what sound governance looks like in practice and how to build ethics and corporate responsibility into decisions that hold up over time.

Module 3: Integrating AI and Data Analytics (6 hours – Live Online)

AI is not a question for your IT team. It is a strategy question for you. This module moves past the technical basics to focus on where AI creates real executive value: identifying high-impact use cases, building a data strategy that serves your enterprise goals and knowing how to act on machine learning outputs without being dependent on data scientists. The shift from data-aware to AI-driven starts with how the executive team thinks, not with infrastructure.

Module 4: Structuring for Strategy and Leading Innovation (12 hours – On Campus)

Structure is strategy made visible. When the organization chart does not match the strategy, execution breaks down regardless of how good the plan is. This module gives you the frameworks to redesign how your organization is structured, clarify decision rights and build accountability where it is currently missing. Most transformation efforts do not fail on the plan. They fail on resistance that no one accounted for. Behavioral economics explains what actually drives that resistance, and you will leave with concrete techniques for building commitment that goes past surface compliance.

• A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience is preferred 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• The Admissions Committee will review your application and may contact you if additional information is required. An interview may also be conducted to assess how well your goals align with the program's objectives.
• Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive an email detailing the steps for online payment. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on payment receipt and availability.
• After completing your payment and subject to class availability, you will receive an email with your login credentials for the learning platform. This will allow you to access the program details as soon as they become available. Otherwise, you will receive an email informing you of either being transferred to a new cohort or the unavailability of space for the current intake.
