This program is part of the Schools Executive Education (ExecEd) collaborative programs. These programs are designed in partnership with well-established international academic partners and top-ranked universities to include an international perspective on specific areas through facilitators who are practitioners or subject specialists with relevant international experience. ExecEd is bound by its mission to create leaders who can positively influence their organizations and lead change. The training programs focus on building the skills needed for such a change.

The ongoing collaboration and trust that we have been able to maintain for the past 15 years, with over 500 participants so far, really says a lot about our level of commitment, expertise, and dedication. Being able to contribute to the advancements of the employees in the number one steel company in Egypt is a fruitful journey for both of us I am sure, explained Marlyne Micheal, Assistant Director Strategic Accounts Executive Education School of Business.

This year’s Program tackled, general management, marketing management, managerial finance, strategic management, supply chain, and project management. What’s practical about this program is that participants worked on real projects from the company applying and converting the knowledge and the proven learning theories that they have gained from the program into practical solutions for enhanced flow of the work operations and better business results.

Karim Hamdy, the Corporate Human Resources-OD Director of Ezzsteel talked highly and proudly about the partnership during the commencement. “It has been a long journey since the first talents commenced in 2003 until reaching the 15th class in 2018. Our common goal has always been development through learning. ExecEd’s keenness to keep the cutting-edge learning technologies to keep pace with the rapid changes in the business world was one of the success factors of the partnership.” He continued,” Hamdy said. “Their flexibility and responsiveness to our needs have made us consider them as partners for success, not just a service provider. We are quite sure that such collaborations never stop at a certain stage, just because it is a strategic partnership.”

AUC School of Business ExecEd has established in 1977 offering globally recognized executive education in four areas: open-enrollment programs, customized programs, collaborative programs, and executive programs. These programs enable today’s business leaders to develop the strategic thought processes and skills necessary to successfully grow their businesses in a dynamic global marketplace.
