Through an interactive and experience-driven design, participants explore Gen Z’s values, motivations, and workplace expectations, and examine how leadership approaches must
evolve to meet them. The workshop blends real-life cases, diagnostics, role plays, and design exercises to help participants translate insight into action. By the end of the program, leaders leave with practical tools and clear strategies to engage Gen Z talent, strengthen performance, and support long-term retention.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with:

  • A clear understanding of Gen Z expectations, values, and workplace drivers.
  • Practical tools for communicating, motivating, and engaging Gen Z employees.
  • Coaching-based leadership approaches suited to Gen Z talent.
  • Frameworks for managing performance, feedback, and accountability.

This workshop is designed for middle and senior managers, functional leaders, team heads, and human resources and organizational development professionals who lead teams that
include Gen Z employees and are responsible for engagement, performance, and retention.

  • Navigating multi-generational dynamics and communication styles.
  • Managing trust, authority, and feedback across generations.
  • Exploring purpose, flexibility, learning, and growth from a Gen Z perspective.
  • Re-framing the employer value proposition through Gen Z’s eyes.

Day 2: Managing, Coaching, and Sustaining Gen Z Performance

  • Understanding what motivates Gen Z and what drives engagement.
  • Balancing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, meaning, and recognition.
  • Applying coaching-based leadership and feedback conversations.
  • Creating psychological safety while reinforcing accountability.
  • Managing performance, disengagement, and conflict.Leading Gen Z effectively in hybrid and flexible work environments.
  • Developing a 90-day Gen Z leadership and management action plan.
