School of Business Students honored by the Egyptian Commerce Syndicate
It is very important to pause and celebrate success. While it is quite easy to simply acknowledge high performance, and move on with the work at hand, reinforcing the core values of hard work and dedication is essential in rejuvenating and harnessing the energy behind achievements.
The School of Business is proud that four of its students were recognized by the Commerce Syndicate, within the Syndicated Day of Excellence. The celebration recognizes top students from business, commerce and economics faculties and school of universities across Egypt in an annual event.
For the second year, the School of Business was invited to partake in this honorary event, were four students from across the School’s majors were selected for this honor for the year academic 2018 including Lobna Nagiub – MICT major, Nadine Wahdan – business major, Salma Farrag – accounting and business double major and Yasmine Galal – economics and business double major.
Professor. Ahmed Abdel-Meguid, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Administration joined the students in this honoring event, which was held in the syndicate’s premises.
Such recognition gives one a sense of accomplishment and achievement as indicated by honored students. Salma Farrag felt that “it is my pleasure to be honored from such a great entity and I highly appreciate organizing such an exceptional event to promote success” while Yasmine Galal commented that “being recognized in the Commercial Syndicate’s event as the top student in marketing and economics is a great accomplishment for me, it is a very fulfilling and rewarding feeling”.
