The Lazord Fellowship hosted by the Gerhart Center
The Lazord Fellowship, offered by the Gerhart Center in partnership with the Lazord Foundation, is a one-year program designed for fresh graduates eager to pursue a career in the field of civil society. This fellowship provides participants with invaluable professional experience in socially engaged organizations, helping them build the skills necessary for impactful careers in the nonprofit sector. Fellows benefit from weekly training sessions, mentorship and hands-on opportunities in the field. Additionally, the program features bi-annual exchanges between three-chapter partners, offering fellows the chance to attend conferences and engage with a broader network of civic leaders.
