Through case studies and practical workshops, participants will gain the skills needed to build a sustainable, integrated fan experience strategy that moves fans through their lifecycle while strengthening brand equity and long-term loyalty.

The Sports Marketing and Fan Experience Certificate alumni can upgrade their certification into Sports Marketing and Sponsorship Diploma by completing Sports Sponsorship and Media Certificate.

Participants can register for the programs in any order, as no specific sequence is required. This flexibility allows participants to tailor their learning journey to fit their professional objectives and schedules. Each certificate contributes to the overall diploma, providing flexibility and personalized learning pathways.

  • To cancel your registration in the program, please fill out the Cancellation Form.

  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made seven days or more before the start date of the course.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made six days or less before the start date of the course.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the initial payment. Refunds to credit cards are processed within 30 days, provided that the participant has the actual credit card and the POS receipt or bank statement while requesting the refund.
