The AI in Financial Services course equips leaders and professionals to design effective AI strategies, identify the essential building blocks for successful AI projects, and apply practical tools that streamline operations, transform business models, and create customer-centric solutions.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the financial services industry—revolutionizing data analysis, automating processes, and enhancing personalized customer experiences. This program equips leaders and professionals with the knowledge to design and refine effective AI strategies, identify the essential building blocks for successful AI projects, and apply practical
tools that streamline operations, reshape business models, and create innovative, customer-centric solutions. 

Participants will engage in active, experiential learning that bridges the gap between theory and practice, gaining hands-on experience to confidently implement AI in real-world financial contexts.

  • Examining Egypt’s AI strategy (2025–2030) and drafting a high-level roadmap aligning AI with financial services transformation goals.
  • Exploring the evolution of banking from traditional models to AI-first banks, and evaluating strategies to reimagine customer experience in this transformation. 
  • Assessing AI solutions to capture market opportunities or solve organizational problems.
  • Investigating LLMs and AI agent models to design AI-driven solutions for financial services.
  • Designing AI automation solutions for financial services processes, integrating governance, compliance, and operational efficiency considerations.
  • Evaluating AI ethical risks, governance considerations, and regulatory compliance in the Egyptian context, including ESG+D applications.
  • Pitching and prototyping a financial service solution.

Middle and Senior Management in Financial Institutions (FIs), including banks and insurance companies, working across business and governance domains.

  • Module 3: GenAI Digital Transformation, AI Automation, AI Ethics, Governance, and Egyptian Regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector
