Management Acceleration Program

The Management Acceleration Program is a dynamic and forward-thinking experience designed to propel participants into the next phase of their leadership journey. This program combines strategic insight with hands-on practice, equipping participants with the skills and mindsets necessary to thrive in today’s fast-paced business landscape. It focuses on building the capabilities that matter most for leaders who are expected to drive change, inspire teams, and make impactful decisions that shape the future of their organizations. Throughout the program, participants will explore the critical components of effective management and leadership, from developing a clear and compelling vision to leading through change with confidence. They will be challenged to think beyond traditional management approaches, embracing innovative strategies and tools that will allow them to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities for growth. By the end of the program, participants will be ready to take decisive action and lead their teams with the clarity and confidence required to succeed in an ever-evolving business environment.

This program is designed to address the developmental needs of professionals considering a transition into management, newly promoted managers, and supervisors.

Pre-Program Activities: 

GC Index Assessment 

The GC Index provides a unique perspective on how individuals naturally make their impact within an organization, focusing on their natural inclinations and how they contribute to key areas such as creativity, innovation, leadership, and productivity.

Program Modules

1. Effective Management Skills (18  hrs)

Participants will gain essential leadership tools for success. They will learn to establish strategic vision, build high-performing teams, and navigate change effectively. Participants will master communication, delegation, and decision-making to optimize resources and drive organizational growth. They will go beyond theory with practical strategies to enhance their leadership impact and achieve the required results.

2. The Emerging Leader (12 hrs)

This module inspires and empowers participants with the transformative mindsets and cutting-edge skills needed to lead confidently and clearly. Participants will dive into updated principles that set exceptional leaders apart, from closing the leadership gap to embracing the challenges and trends that will define the future of leadership. Through engaging discussions, real-world case studies, and the thrilling Patient Zero Simulation, participants will gain hands-on experience to sharpen their leadership edge. By mastering four core leadership mindsets and five vital skills, participants will be ready to navigate uncertainty, inspire their team, and steer their organization toward success in an ever-evolving landscape.

Post Program Activities

A one-hour one-on-one coaching session will be implemented within a month of program completion.

• The Admissions Committee will review your application and may contact you if additional information is required. An interview may also be conducted to assess how well your goals align with the program's objectives.
• Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive an email detailing the steps for online payment. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on payment receipt and availability.
• After completing your payment and subject to class availability, you will receive an email with your login credentials for the learning platform. This will allow you to access the program details as soon as they become available. Otherwise, you will receive an email informing you of either being transferred to a new cohort or the unavailability of space for the current intake. 
• A Program Welcome Note will be sent to you 4-6 days prior to the program start date.
