The Corporate Learning and Development Landscape in Egypt 2023 Report

Our 2023 report builds on the insights from 40 remarkable organizations across 12 industries. The school includes the “learner’s voice” throughout the study, reflective of information collected from over 300 executive education learners via an online survey. It provides a comprehensive view of the L&D landscape in Egypt, identifying key market gaps and exploring trends that both corporates and learners view as crucial developments in the sector. The report also emphasizes the rising importance of digital transformation in the corporate learning landscape.

The Corporate Learning and Development Landscape in Egypt 2022 Report

The first edition of the report presented a detailed analysis of the corporate L&D environment, identifying key market gaps by company type and size, and highlighting the necessity of effective assessment support from training providers. The report which captured insights from 30 organizations in 12 key business sectors underscored the need for training providers to play the role of partner/consultant and emphasized the rising importance of experiential learning and application-based programs.
