Competency Framework (24 hrs)

Performance Management (24 hrs)

Talent Management (24 hrs)

Examine talent management practices in organizations and integrate artificial intelligence and gamification concepts as tools to recruit, develop, retain, and engage talents. In addition, this course will bridge the gap between Generations X, Y, and Z through building comprehensive and modern assessment centers and succession planning strategies that appeal to them.

People Analytics (24 hrs)

Learn how to integrate an analytics function, develop business cases and manage stakeholders, to optimize the return on investment in people. In addition, this course will explore the implementation of data-driven human resource practices throughout the organization.

Egyptian Labor Law (10 hrs)

Develop a solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and research methods that will strengthen interpretation skills when facing challenges and changes that have become more frequent and imminent in today’s business world.

Diversity and Inclusion (10 hrs)

Create an inclusive work environment by leveraging Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Learn how to attract, hire, and retain employees from diverse backgrounds while recognizing and respecting individual identity's unique and multidimensional aspects. The course will also delve deeper into unconscious biases and stereotypes and explore the behaviors that impact diversity and inclusion efforts in the workplace.

• A minimum of four years of relevant work experience

• Holders of the Human Capital Professional Certificate from the AUC School of Business will be fast-tracked

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive an email detailing the steps for online payment. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on payment receipt and availability.
• After completing your payment and subject to class availability, you will receive an email with your login credentials for the learning platform.
